Fix: Installer bricht bei nicht-kritischen Fehlern nicht mehr ab 

- || true für Services (postfix, dovecot, redis, nginx)
- || true für artisan config/route/view:cache
- npm run build: Warnung statt Abbruch, Hinweis zum manuellen Nachholen
- Monit ist bereits aktiviert (systemctl enable --now)
